  • This service is available to all events from the first counter sale date until 1 hour before performance.

  • A handling charge (which is non-refundable) is levied at HK$6.5 per ticket, or up to a maximum of HK$20 per order.

  • Your pre-paid tickets booked online can be collected from Cityline ticketing outlets/ Ticket Dispensing Machines or by mail. Tickets booked within 7 days of the performance can only be collected from Cityline ticketing outlets/ Ticket Dispensing Machines. Please present the credit card used for the online booking for authentication and collection of the pre-paid tickets.
