Telephone Credit Card Booking
Call Ticket Hotline: 2111 5999 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm daily)

Telephone credit card booking service is now available from URBTIX. Enjoy the convenience of buying tickets by simply placing a phone order at 2111 5999. Your tickets will be mailed to you directly and charged to your credit card account.

  • This service is available to all events from the first counter sale date.

  • Service fee is HK$6.5 per ticket or up to a maximum of HK$20 per order, whichever is the less.

  • As delivery of tickets takes time, telephone credit card booking service is available until 7 days before performance. You may still reserve tickets by calling the telephone reservation hotline ((852)2734 9009) or buy tickets at the URBTIX outlets.

  • No registration is required.
