Telephone Credit Card Booking
Call Ticket Hotline: (852) 2111 5999 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm daily)

  • This service is available to all events from the first counter sale date until 1 hour before performance.

  • A handling charge (which is non-refundable) is levied at HK$6.5 per ticket, or up to a maximum of HK$20 per order.

  • You can choose to collect your pre-paid tickets from Cityline Ticketing Outlets / Ticket Dispensing Machines or by mail. Tickets booked within 7 days of the performance can only be collected from Cityline ticketing outlets/ Ticket Dispensing Machines. Please present the credit card you used for the telephone credit card booking for authentication and collection of your pre-paid tickets.
