Notice to Ticket Buyers

Counter Booking (1) Tickets are sold at URBTIX box offices only within the designated opening hours. Payments for tickets should only be made to staff over the counter. URBTIX has not authorized anybody to make alternative arrangements for sale of tickets within the premises. For assistance, please approach the box office management.
Telephone Reservation (2) Tickets may be reserved by telephone for all programmes free of charge starting one day after the start of counter booking.Telephone Reservation Hotline: 2734 9009
  (3) Tickets reserved must be collected and paid for at any URBTIX outlet within three days (counting the day of ordering as the first day), OR by 1 hour prior to curtain up, whichever is the sooner. (For some programmes presented by individual presenters, reserved tickets must be collected and paid for by 7 days before the programme takes place. Please enquire for details.) Tickets not so collected will automatically be released for public sale.
Telephone Booking (4) Tickets may be booked by telephone for all programmes with collection of handling charge. Payment must be made by credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS. Telephone booking hotline : 2111 5999.
Internet Booking (5) Tickets may be booked on-line for all programmes with collection of handling charge. Payment must be made by credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS. Website : www.urbtix.hk
Concessionary Tickets (6) Please inform the box office staff if you intend to buy concessionary or discounted tickets. For details, please enquire at the box office.
  (7) For all Leisure and Cultural Services Department presentations, half price concessionary tickets are available for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and full-time students. Concessionary tickets for students are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis. For some events by other presenters, half price concessionary tickets may be available for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and full-time students.
  (8) Concessionary ticket holders, including but not limited to concessionary tickets for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and full-time students, will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of identity. Holders of concessionary ticket for people with disabilities will be admitted subject to the production of the concessionary card issued by the ex-Provisional Urban Council or the ex-Provisional Regional Council; or the Registration Card for People with Disabilities issued by the Central Registry for Rehabilitation. For details of concessionary tickets for individual events, please enquire at the box office or call the URBTIX Hotline at 2734 9009.
Best Seat (9) The box office staff will offer the best available seats allocated by the computer to the purchasers. Purchasers may still choose their desired seats as available.
Credit Card Payment (10) (a)

For some temporary outlets, payment by credit cards may not be accepted.
(b) According to the relevant credit card merchant operation rules, if the same VISA or Mastercard is used for consecutive ticket purchase in 2 or more transactions within 15 minutes at the same terminal, the total amount should be combined into one single transaction receipt. The previous transaction receipt will be cancelled after combination.
Space Museum (11)
Space Theatre - Each ticket admits one person only. (Children under 3 years old will not be admitted).
Exhibition Halls - Each ticket admits one person only.(Children under 4 years old are not required to purchase admission tickets, but must be accompanied by adults).
Sight Line Blocking (12) Ticket buyers should note that the following seats at respective venues may have the sight line partially blocked.

Grand Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre:
Seats 48-52 of VIP Box 3 and Seats 1-5 of VIP Box 4

Concert Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre:
Seats 1,2,61,62 of Row C, Seats 1-7, 94-100 of Row AA, Seats 1-8, 94-101 of Row BB and Seat 27 of Row HH

Auditorium of Kwai Tsing Theatre:
Seats BA1-4, BB1-4, BC1-6 and BD1-6 of the Balcony.

Auditorium of Tsuen Wan Town Hall:
Seats BB6, BB17, BC7 and BC18 of the Balcony.

Auditorium of Shatin Town Hall:
Seats 5,21 of Row BB, Seats 6,22 of Row BC, Seats 9,25 of Rows BD and BE of the Balcony.

Auditorium of Yuen Long Theatre:
Box Seats BA1-6, BB1-4, BC1-6, BD1-4 and Seats BE1-35 of the Balcony.

Certain seats at Balcony Rows BA and BB at the Auditorium of Shatin Town Hall, Tsuen Wan Town Hall and Tuen Mun Town Hall owing to the railings of the Balcony

Sight line blocking seats at the Lecture Hall, Hong Kong Space Museum (for film/video screenings): Seats 1-4 of Rows B,C,D and E; Seats 1-3 of Rows F,G and H, A14, B21, C22, D23, E24, F27, G29 and H30.
