Tickets reserved must be collected and paid for at any of URBTIX outlets within three days (counting the day of ordering as the first day), OR by 1 hour prior to curtain up, whichever is the sooner. (For some programmes presented by individual presenters, reserved tickets must be collected and paid for by 7 days before the programme takes place. Please enquire for details.) Tickets not so collected will automatically be released for public sale. |

For all Leisure and Cultural Services
Department presentations, concessionary tickets
are available for senior citizens aged 60 or above,
people with disabilities and full-time students.
Concessionary tickets for students are subject to
availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
For some events by other presenters, concessionary
tickets may be available for senior citizens aged
60 or above, people with disabilities and full-time
students. |

Concessionary ticket holders, including
but not limited to concessionary tickets for senior
citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities
and full-time students, will be admitted only on
production of acceptable proof of identity. Holders
of concessionary ticket for people with disabilities
will be admitted subject to the production of the
concessionary card issued by the ex-Provisional
Urban Council or the ex-Provisional Regional Council;
or the Registration Card for People with Disabilities
issued by the Central Registry for Rehabilitation.

best available seats allocated by the computer to
the purchasers. Purchasers may still choose their
desired seats as available. |

According to the relevant credit card
merchant operation rules, if the same VISA or MASTERCARD
is used for consecutive ticket purchase in 2 or
more transactions within 15 minutes at the same
terminal, the total amount should be combined into
one single transaction receipt. The previous transaction
receipt will be cancelled after combination. |
