Notice to Ticket Buyers
| Counter Booking |
(1) |
Tickets are sold at URBTIX box
offices only within the designated opening hours.
Payments for tickets should only be made to staff
over the counter. URBTIX has not authorized anybody
to make alternative arrangements for sale of tickets
within the premises. For assistance, please approach
the box office management. |

Tickets may be reserved by telephone
for all programmes free of charge starting one day
after the start of counter booking.Telephone Reservation

Tickets reserved must be collected
and paid for at any URBTIX outlet within three days
(counting the day of ordering as the first day),
OR by 1 hour prior to curtain up, whichever is the
sooner. (For some programmes presented by individual
presenters, reserved tickets must be collected and
paid for by 7 days before the programme takes place.
Please enquire for details.) Tickets not so collected
will automatically be released for public sale. |

| Concessionary Tickets |

if you intend to buy concessionary or discounted

For all Leisure and Cultural Services
Department presentations, half price concessionary
tickets are available for senior citizens aged 60
or above, people with disabilities and full-time
students. Concessionary tickets for students are
subject to availability on a first-come-first-served
basis. For some events by other presenters, half
price concessionary tickets may be available for
senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities
and full-time students. |

Concessionary ticket holders, including
but not limited to concessionary tickets for senior
citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities
and full-time students, will be admitted only on
production of acceptable proof of identity. Holders
of concessionary ticket for people with disabilities
will be admitted subject to the production of the
concessionary card issued by the ex-Provisional
Urban Council or the ex-Provisional Regional Council;
or the Registration Card for People with Disabilities
issued by the Central Registry for Rehabilitation.

| Best Seat |

The box office staff will offer the
best available seats allocated by the computer to
the purchasers. Purchasers may still choose their
desired seats as available. |
| Credit Card Payment |

For some temporary outlets, payment
by credit cards may not be accepted. |

According to the relevant credit card
merchant operation rules, if the same VISA or Mastercard
is used for consecutive ticket purchase in 2 or
more transactions within 15 minutes at the same
terminal, the total amount should be combined into
one single transaction receipt. The previous transaction
receipt will be cancelled after combination. |
