Fax Confirmation for Overseas Patrons

Overseas patrons may call the URBTIX hotline (852) 2734 9011 (Hong Kong time 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily) to book tickets for events on sale through URBTIX. A booking form will be faxed to the patron to confirm the booking information and credit card details (payment by VISA or MasterCard are accepted), while the tickets will be reserved for up to three days. Upon receipt of the patron's return of the completed booking form by fax before the reservation deadline, the order will be processed and the patron will be faxed a confirmation letter containing details of how to collect the tickets at the performing venue in Hong Kong. The service fee is HK$20 (exchange rate: US$1=HK$7.80) per order. Service is available one day after the commencement of counter booking.

Tourists already in Hong Kong may also book tickets at any of the 35 URBTIX outlets conveniently located throughout the territory. Besides, free telephone reservation service is available at URBTIX hotline (852) 2734 9009 (daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm) starting 1 day after the commencement of counter sale for respective events, whereby tickets may be reserved for up to three days for collection and payment at any URBTIX outlets.
