Ordinary Booking applications are accepted not less than 3 months but not more than 12 months in advance of the month of hire and processed in one lot. (e.g. applications for January 2014 – October 2014 are accepted in October 2013)
Applicant should check the available dates from the “Availability Table” when filling their booking choices in the Booking Application Form. The updated “Availability Table” will be released in mid of each month on the website and displayed at the venues.
Deadline for submission of completed application forms is 5:30pm on the last working day of the month*. Submission can be made by mail or in person to the Booking Section of the Stadia Office. Booking of Arena can also be made via on-line application of e-APS . A reply will be provided within 14 working days thereafter.
*Working day refers to Monday to Friday except public holidays
