Alcoholic drinks, aerosol sprays, metallic balloons and bottles are prohibited inside the carnival site. Please keep the site clean.
Patrons are required to follow the instructions of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Police at the site. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department reserves the right to suspend or terminate admission into the carnival site due to prevailing condition of the venue. Please use public transport and pay attention to special traffic arrangements.
