Chi-on (Cheng Kwun-min) and Siu-wah (Lam Kar-sing) are two best friends who graduated university together and went directly into the unemployment line together. However, Siu-wah can’t be bothered to care about how Chi-on suddenly came across a good deal of money because his attention is on his burgeoning romance with a pen pal and his messy feud with a female neighbor (Ting Ying). Meanwhile, the arrival of a new tenant brings a whole new round of chaos to the apartment. Playing the dutiful errand boy of a wealthy woman in one of his first leading roles, Cheng Kwun-min was game to take on all the embarrassing things writer Yang Shih-ching and director Mok Hong-si could throw at him, especially in the presence of two fellow comedic stars competing for the audiences’ laughs!
