Free cultural programmes are presented regularly at Tsuen Wan Town Hall for the enjoyment of the public. These programmes cover a wide range of Chinese and western performing arts to cater for different interests of public members. The purposes are to enhance the accessibility of cultural programmes to the general public and their understanding on different art forms.
