Booking Arrangements

Applications for 'Ordinary Booking' are accepted not less than 3 months and up to 7 months in advance of the month in which the functions are held. All late applications received each week are processed collectively. If longer lead-time is required, applications for 'Special Booking' must be submitted at least 8 months prior to the month in which the functions are held.

Hire Charges Reduction Scheme

Non-profit making organizations or bona-fide non-profit making district organizations may apply for reduction of hire charges. Apart from the reduction, a 50% discount is offered for hiring of Function Room (1) and (2) from 9am - 6pm from Mondays to Fridays.
