To enhance the interest and understanding of the general public to performing arts, free programmes are generally presented twice every month on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays' afternoon at the Foyer of the Sha Tin Town Hall for their enjoyment. These programmes include music, dance, drama, variety show, etc.
