Basic Hiring Information
| I. Major Facilities : Theatre/Cultural Activities Hall |
|
- ordinary bookings are accepted not less than 3 months but not more than 7 months in advance of the month of hire.
- late bookings will be considered upon closing of the ordinary booking period and processed collectively subject to operational feasibility and in accordance with the criteria as for the ordinary booking applications.
- a Rental Subsidy Scheme up to 65% discount is available for eligible non-profit-making hirers.
- District Arts and Cultural Activities Venue Sponsorship is also available for eligible non-profit-making district arts organizations.

| II. Minor Facilities : Art Studios (1)&(2) /Music Practice Rooms |
|
- ordinary bookings are accepted twice a year in January and July for a maximum period of half-year 6 months in advance. This means that :

Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre provides hirers with a cost-effective medium to promote cultural and arts activities organized in Theatre through our monthly event calendar. For enquiries on related details and advertising fees, please contact our Marketing Section at (852) 3184 5731.
*To fit in with our publication schedule, interested hirers are required to make telephone registration on or before the 1st date 2 months in advance of the month of placing advertisement. Due to limited advertisement space, application for the service will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. |
