Another deeply touching production by Drama Gallery following the award-winning nitehawk
At the crossroads, in the flower shop of a funeral home
These women begin their lone journey
When it comes to an end, they begin again
Where they’re lost, they treat it as a hurdle that must jump over
Yu Hon Ting – Winner of Best Playwright Award, Playwright and Director of Top Ten Most Popular Performances at the Hong Kong Drama Awards
Gladys Liu – Winner of Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress at the Hong Kong Drama Awards
Brenda Chan – Winner of Best Supporting Actress at the Hong Kong Drama Awards
They come from different worlds, have different values, and are of different age groups. Four women, in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s respectively, are at the city centre looking out to the harbour shrouded in the fog. Each has a heart-tugging story of her own. As the strings of the Internet of Life are struck, the four are intermittently yet invariably linked together, their mutual influence hanging in mid-air and casting influence on each other’s lives. Their watches show different times; they walk different paths; but somewhere, at the crossroads, they would meet. At the flower shop of a funeral parlour, an end signifies yet another beginning.
