Run for Your Wife, a Ray Cooney classic, had a record nine-year run in London’s West End. It was later performed in many places all over the world, with a Hong Kong staging in 1988 as the inauguration production for the Artiste Training Alumni Association. Directed by Chung King-fai and with a cast of TV and film icons - Chow Yun-fat, Tony Leung, Carina Lau, Wong Yat-wah, Ng Mang-tat, Lo Hoi-pang et al, it became the hottest and much hailed stage production of the time.
