Pilot Scheme for Senior Secondary Students"

Foreword

The new senior secondary (NSS) curriculum to be implemented in the 2009/10 school year comprises Core Subjects, Elective Subjects and Other Learning Experiences (OLE). Aesthetic Development is one of the essential components in OLE and every student will be provided with 135 hours for learning the arts throughout the three years of secondary education. Students will experience the arts through appreciating, creating, performing and reflecting activities, and further develop creativity, aesthetic sensitivity and arts appraising ability.
