Programme Details

The story is incomplete. There are missing passages that are not there by choice.  The details that link up the storyline may come from imagination, or may be virtual truths that disclose desires buried deep in the heart’s core.

In this dance work Asunder, the renowned Taiwan choreographer Zhang Xiao-xiong introduces the ephemeral effects of light and shadow of photography into the fluidity of moving forms in a probing search of the black hole called ‘desire' , hidden between the virtual and actual light years.  Andy Wong, Francis Leung and Yvette Huang, the three core members of DanceArt, together with outstanding dancers from Hong Kong and Taiwan, will be presenting a dance showcase of interlocking snippets made up of memories, lust and love.
