This is a concert given in honour of the 20th Century composers and arrangers of the instrumental and vocal works in Cantonese music. Musical scores have been retrieved from archive and rearranged for vocal performance by notable Cantonese opera artists of today. There will also be instrumental pieces on the programme so as to give a more comprehensive view of the genre in the last hundred years.  The memorable tunes may bring back fond memories for many staunch supporters of the Hong Kong City Hall which is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year.
