Booking arrangements
Applications for ordinary
bookings are accepted not less than 3 months and up to 7 months
in advance of the month in which the functions are held. All late
applications are received each week and processed collectively.
If an even longer lead-time is required, applications for special
bookings must be submitted at least eight months prior to the month
in which the functions are held.
Hire charges reduction scheme
Non-profit-making organisations or bona-fide non-profit-making district
organisations hiring facilities of the civic centres may apply for
reduction of hire charges. Application forms can be obtained from
the civic centres. Moreover, hirers can enjoy a 50 per cent discount
for the hiring of function rooms from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays
to Fridays.

Opening hours of the Booking Office
From 9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m. and
2:00p.m. to 5:45p.m.
from Monday to Friday
(except public holidays).
Close on Saturday and Sunday.
