Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall
The Hong Kong Youth Chinese Orchestra will perform in this concert the specially commissioned work Sparkling Fireworks by Chan Ning-chi to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR. The Orchestra will also join hands with the prolific gehu soloist, Tung Hiu-lo, gehu principal of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, to perform Law Kin-pong’s arrangement of Wang Qiang’s Gehu Concerto Ga Da Mei Lin.
