Booking procedures of civic centres
Applications for ordinary bookings are accepted not less than 3 months and up to 7 months in advance of the month in which the functions are held. All late applications are received each week and processed collectively. If an even longer lead-time is required, applications for special bookings must be submitted at least eight months prior to the month in which the functions are held.

Hire charges reduction scheme
Non-profit-making organizations or bona-fide non-profit-making district organizations hiring facilities of the civic centres may apply for reduction of hire charges. Moreover, hirers can enjoy a 50 per cent discount for the hiring of lecture room, rehearsal room and dance studio from 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays.
