Ordinary Bookings

Ordinary booking applications are accepted on a half-yearly basis during the sixth month prior to the month of hire and processed collectively.

Booking applications should be forwarded in	For dates in the quarter
January	July - December of the same year
July	January - June of the next year

Applications received after the Ordinary Booking Period are considered as Late Bookings, and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Scale of hiring charges

	Basic Charges
(1) Basic rental charge for each day	$5,000
(2) Basic rental charge for consecutive 7 days (not counting Thursday)	$24,500
(3) Additional Booking for 3-hr session for Set-up or Dismantling (8-11pm)*	$2,000

Rental Subsidy Scheme is available for eligible non-profit making organizations.
