  Special Film Shows  
To promoting film culture and enhance film appreciation of Hong Kong cinematic heritage, the Archive has selected some ten titles for special screenings targeted for schools and non-profit making organizations which provide services for senior citizens or people with disabilities.
 
Criteria of applicant
All registered school, and non-profit making organizations which provide services for senior citizens or people with disabilities, are eligible to apply.
 
Ticket charge and quota
The charge for each ticket is $10. Any applying organization must at least purchase 40 tickets but no more than 125 tickets per special screening. Staff of the applying organization should also buy tickets for admission.
 
Screening date
Screening date is subject to approval by the Archive. To make sure that our cinema is available for use at the desired date and time, please contact Miss Amy KWOK at 2119 7385 or by email at acofapr@lcsd.gov.hk BEFORE submitting the application form.
 
Application procedures

Application form should be submitted one to three months before the proposed date of screening by mail or fax to Miss Amy KWOK of the Archive. (Fax no.: (852) 2311 5229)

(All personal data of the applicant provided in the application form will be solely used for the processing of special film show group tickets applications.)

Confirmation of application
The Archive will reply the applicant by fax or mail if the application is approved.
 
Payment
The applicant should settle payment four weeks or earlier before the scheduled screening date. Payment can be made by cash at the Archive office, or by cheque made payable to "The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" or "The Government of HKSAR". All cheques should be mailed to Hong Kong Film Archive, 50 Lei King Road, Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong.
