Enthused by the magnificent and colourful Asian food culture, Rice, Spice, Zen & Colour is the latest creation of Pun Siu-fai's environmental dance series. The dance is a multi-faceted celebration of the quintessence of Asia as a wonderland of food. In food and in dance, the dimensions of form, content, philosophy, rituals and appearance extend.

Set in the foyer of Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Rice, Spice, Zen & Colour is a special free programme of the "New Vision Arts Festival". Audience will find themselves roaming with dancers in a delightful and fantastic space set against the background of an installation exhibition Tasting Asia.
