Four memorable nights of Cantonese opera specially organised by the Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong, saluting four great Cantonese opera actors Sit Kok-sin, Ma Si-tsang, Leung Sing-po, and Leng Chi Pak. Together they marked the glorious heyday of Cantonese opera from the 1920s to 1960s in Hong Kong. A group of renowned contemporary Cantonese opera artists will revive four significant works highlighting the most articulated roles once performed by these four actors, paying respectful homage to the legends that once intrigued thousands in Guangzhou and Hong Kong.     An exhibition on "The Legendary Four of Cantonese Opera" will be held at the foyer of Ko Shan Theatre (11 Sept - 13 Oct) and the foyer of Hong Kong Cultural Centre (14 Oct - 2 Nov).   With Chinese surtitles and English synopsis. Programme duration is about 3 hours and 30 minutes with an intermission of 15 minutes.
